New video from Joell Ortiz, off Cookin Soul and mixtape 1:00AM & Rising. Great creative way to bring visuals to a good song. I’m really digging this one. The addicts on Twitter (if you don’t know what this is by now shame on you) should enjoy this one.

Last episode she let us see that long ass line of people waiting to get into the venue in Mexico City. This go round we get to see a bit of the performance those folks got to see.

Also if you’re in the New York area this Friday, you can see Eternia perform live @ Drom (85 Ave A, NYC)
With performances by Tiye Phoenix (who’s also dope btw)
Fresh Geex
Colee Stallone Band
Dub Rock All-Stars
Hosted by Steele (of Smif N Wessun)

New EP from Ironhorse Music Group’s Alternative Soul artist The Sistah Brown on the Edges. Produced entirely by The Aqua League, the EP contains two versions of Brooklyn Was Beautiful (acoustic & produced) and a guest feature from Eternia lending a helping hand on the remix of 1ne. Not a bad breezy and soulful summer listen.

Keep grinding man, positive efforts brings positive results

This is looking pretty good right here. Between this and Ironman 2, I’m about  negative $25 for the summer flicks next year already.

New single off DJ Honda’s new project entitled IV scheduled for release on 5 August.

Earlier this week Eternia sent through the latest installment of her Road ot Release series. This time covering a recent trip to Mexico City with features from Mexican emcee Bocafloja. Peep the line of people that lined up to see them at 2pm. Talk about dedication!

Saw this online the other day and had to post. I thought the Lego remix of album covers was clever, but this is on an entirely different level.

Vodpod videos no longer available.

New mixtape from Nero going in on some classic 90’s hip-hop. I saw dude rock over OutKast’s E.T. (Extraterrestrial) intro last summer. It seemed pretty weird but in a good way (being that there was no drum track) and he got busy for real. So a year later he’s continuing with his audio journey.
